JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team where your creativity and design skills will shape the future of fashion. As a Designer, you will craft innovative and market-ready designs that align with business strategies and consumer trends.

Responsibilities

  • Create commercially viable designs that align with brand and business strategies.
  • Research and interpret fashion trends to deliver innovative product lines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and finalize designs.
  • Present design concepts to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed tech packs to ensure accurate prototype production.
  • Mentor and inspire junior design talent to foster creativity and development.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 5 years of design experience in a retail setting.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including fit and fabric.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Centric software is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt designs based on feedback and market trends.
  • Experience in retail, fashion, or eCommerce environments.
