We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Talent Acquisition team as an Early Careers Sourcing Associate. This exciting opportunity allows you to play a vital role in attracting and engaging top early-career talent.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential candidates through various platforms, including job boards, social media, and campus networks.
• Maintain and manage candidate databases, ensuring timely communication and updates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interviews and assessments, collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a seamless experience for candidates.
• Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials that promote early careers programs.

Skills

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or talent acquisition.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across various levels.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in campus recruitment or early careers programs.
• Familiarity with marketing strategies and materials.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced setting.
