JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Scrum Master where you'll lead automation efforts and enhance software quality assurance. This hybrid role requires a dynamic professional ready to innovate and collaborate.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) automation initiatives.
  • Facilitate scrum meetings and ensure effective communication within teams.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance project efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.

Skills

  • Proven experience in automation efforts and software quality assurance.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setting in the Twin Cities area.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with diverse teams and fostering an inclusive environment.
  • Familiarity with the latest automation tools and technologies.
