JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as an Art Director III, where you'll lead the charge in refining and standardizing our visual identity. This role is pivotal in shaping the creative direction of our brand's imagery and ensuring consistency across all platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive imaging guidelines to maintain consistency across studios.
  • Create formal standards for background color and creative parameters.
  • Conduct training programs to ensure smooth adoption of new imaging guidelines.
  • Refresh and maintain Customer Experience guideline documentation.
  • Establish seasonal styling templates to ensure year-round brand coherence.
  • Collaborate with the Brand team to build cohesive e-commerce brand guidelines.
  • Review customer journeys to enhance content consistency and identify improvement areas.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to uphold high standards and brand alignment.

Skills

  • 6+ years of experience in creative direction, focusing on fashion and e-commerce.
  • Proven expertise in retail photography direction and post-production processes.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful creative direction and guideline development.
  • Expert knowledge of studio photography workflows and best practices in fashion.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other standard creative software.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills to articulate creative vision.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in e-commerce creative direction for major retail or fashion brands.
  • Background in fashion styling and art direction for diverse product categories.
  • Experience developing and implementing global creative standards.
  • Experience training and mentoring creative teams across multiple locations.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce best practices and data-driven creative optimization.
  • Ability to balance creative excellence with retail objectives and operational efficiency.
