JOB DESCRIPTION
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Program Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in providing programmatic support to the program manager, executing a high volume of requests to support partners, internal stakeholders, and sellers. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Key responsibilities include processing inbound and outbound invoices, reviewing purchase orders, invoices and business case templates required for the program. You will compare billed amounts to contractual rates, investigate discrepancies, and submit claims as needed. The role involves maintaining databases, resolving general ledger coding issues, and addressing invoice discrepancies with Accounts Payable.
  • You will also be responsible for vendor management, including researching and resolving issues related to past due invoices and new carrier setups. Additionally, you will identify and process freight chargeback claims, coordinating with carriers and internal retail groups to resolve any issues.
  • This position requires strong project management skills, as you will be responsible for coordinating and completing various projects and programs. You will set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and prepare status reports for upper management.
  • The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in financial processes, data analysis, and project management is essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and lead others are crucial for success in this role.
