Responsibilities
- Strategically manage and organize executive schedules and meetings, ensuring optimal time management.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expenses for executive leaders.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and meeting materials with precision and attention to detail.
- Facilitate team engagement by organizing events and recognizing key milestones.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to execute company events and meetings.
- Maintain accurate records and documents, ensuring confidentiality and organization.
- Anticipate challenges and propose solutions for process improvements.
Skills
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, demonstrating reliability and expertise.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a retail or merchandising environment is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Concur for travel and expense management is a plus.
- Adaptable to change and able to demonstrate flexibility in various situations.
