Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the completion of content development for assigned event breakout sessions.
- Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and customers to guarantee content excellence.
- Prepare reports for management on project status and coordinate with speakers and marketing managers.
- Maintain oversight of event content strategy, ensuring all aspects are aligned with project goals.
- Build and nurture relationships with team members and external partners to foster a collaborative environment.
Skills
- 2-3 years of professional experience in project and event management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Asana and MS Office Suite.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with event marketing concepts and practices.
- Project management certifications (e.g., CMP, PMP, PgMP, Prince2) are a plus.
- Familiarity with content preparation and development processes for events.
