JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Developer with expertise in Salesforce to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment while leading the development of innovative solutions that drive business success.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications, including Apex classes and Lightning web components.
  • Champion development standards and best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Debug and troubleshoot existing components and integrations to resolve issues effectively.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from analysis to deployment and support.
  • Research and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance development processes.

Skills

  • 6+ years of experience in software development, particularly with Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in Apex, REST APIs, and integration tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with document generation integrations in Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative development practices.
  • Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
