JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and support of Salesforce modules to boost client business functionality and performance.
  • Design, configure, and test Salesforce modules to meet client needs.
  • Analyze current business processes and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Develop new procedures for complex assignments while maintaining organizational standards.
  • Train users and make necessary adjustments to Salesforce for optimal use.

Skills

  • Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Ability to build user profiles, permission sets, and troubleshoot flows.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate process-building strategies.
  • Capability to maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Ability to facilitate complex assignments requiring novel solutions.
  • Knowledge of organizational standards and adherence to them.
