JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Project Manager, where you will lead the implementation of exciting new initiatives across various business segments. This role offers the flexibility of telecommuting and the opportunity to make a significant impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the implementation of new project initiatives impacting Operations across all business segments.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Service Leads to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in project scope, risk identification, and resource allocation.
  • Drive Project Management Organization activities to support project success.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

Skills

  • Strong expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional time management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in healthcare, particularly with Medicare projects.
  • 4+ years of project management experience.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent education is a plus.
  • Ability to navigate and manage ambiguous information effectively.
