JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

  • Manage and streamline onboarding and contracting processes within our retail media platform.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth processing and adherence to standard procedures.
  • Engage with external partners via email to clarify contract details and expedite deals.
  • Maintain high-volume data entry with precision and attention to detail.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills for data management and analysis.

Skills

  • Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM systems and DocuSign or equivalent contracting systems.
  • Strong process management and data entry capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in email correspondence.
  • Competence in Excel and Outlook for efficient task execution.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in media or advertising sectors.
  • Understanding of eCommerce dynamics.
  • Advanced Excel skills for complex data operations.
