JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Designer, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product lines. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet the highest standards of fit, comfort, and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with design, merchant, and cross-functional teams to drive the technical development of new styles.
  • Ensure garment consistency and quality across product categories, with a focus on fit and construction.
  • Lead fit sessions, providing clear direction to vendors on design aesthetics and construction corrections.
  • Manage workflow to meet seasonal calendar deadlines and support product performance standards.
  • Proactively identify and address potential production, quality, and costing issues.

Skills

  • Proficiency in garment fit and construction, supported by a relevant degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with product development technical specification programs.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and work collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in sleepwear and apparel patternmaking and grading.
  • Familiarity with 3D software such as Clo3D or Browzwear.
  • Knowledge of factory manufacturing techniques and machinery.
