JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Change Manager, where you'll lead organizational readiness and drive impactful IT system implementations across diverse business units. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to shape strategic change management processes and foster stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic change management plans to support IT system implementations.
  • Analyze stakeholder needs and implement communication strategies to promote successful system deployment.
  • Design and deliver change plans, ensuring alignment with project objectives and business priorities.
  • Collaborate with project managers and business leaders to ensure operational readiness and sustainment.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders to drive understanding and adoption of change best practices.

  • Proven expertise in change management methodologies and communication strategies.
  • Strong leadership and influence management skills to guide teams towards shared goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to engage with diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in IT systems and project management across complex organizations.
