Responsibilities

• Evaluate and address technology issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Implement knowledge-based recovery processes for incidents and events.
• Communicate effectively with end-users through verbal and written channels.
• Perform routine tasks such as maintenance, deployments, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with various technology teams to enhance service delivery.

Skills

• Experience in a service desk or operations center environment.
• Understanding of ITIL principles.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Solid foundation in infrastructure or application technologies within an enterprise setting.
• Proficiency in Apache Hadoop, Hive, Spark, and Linux Administration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with trino is a plus.
