JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Specialized Consultant IV, where you'll play a vital role in enhancing our monitoring systems. This hybrid position offers the chance to work on cutting-edge technology in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the deployment and enablement of monitoring solutions within colocation environments.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and business partners to optimize monitoring configurations.
  • Ensure efficient monitoring and alerting across full stack and infrastructure systems.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to align monitoring systems with business needs.

Skills

  • Expertise in Dynatrace platform features and functionalities.
  • Strong understanding of application performance management and infrastructure monitoring.
  • Proficiency in deploying and managing monitoring agents across diverse operating systems.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell for automation tasks.
  • Familiarity with Ansible and API integration for enhanced system operations.
