JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage data to drive strategic decisions and enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the performance of program features and marketing content based on customer response and engagement metrics.
  • Conduct statistical testing for A/B and multivariate experiments to optimize business strategies.
  • Design, build, and maintain metrics and reports to monitor program health and effectiveness.
  • Respond to ad hoc requests from business leaders to analyze critical aspects of customer behavior.
  • Utilize data mining and analytical techniques to identify trends and insights within large-scale datasets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decisions align with business objectives.

Skills

  • 3-6 years of experience working with complex datasets and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with Tableau and QuickSight for data visualization.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable analytical plans.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in statistical analysis and programming, with a background in marketing or related fields.
  • Familiarity with SAS or similar analytical tools.
  • A graduate degree in a relevant field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science is highly desirable.
