We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual for the role of Digital Transportation Coordinator. This fully remote position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to logistics and supply chain operations while working in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect and submit parcel shipment proof of deliveries (PODs) to ensure timely resolution of guest escalations.
• Coordinate address reroutes as requested by guests and track submissions through internal databases.
• Assist guest services in resolving escalated parcel transportation issues.
• Manage shipment exceptions and prioritize deliveries to meet service expectations.
• Communicate effectively with carriers to ensure successful delivery and manage daily exceptions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall operational efficiency.

Skills

• Minimum of one year of experience in a logistics, distribution, or supply chain environment.
• Familiarity with SAP and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate situations for informed decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing vendor and carrier relationships.
• Background in process improvement and best practices.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
