|Job ID 71476|Posted Aug 26, 2025We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual for the role of Digital Transportation Coordinator. This fully remote position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to logistics and supply chain operations while working in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Collect and submit parcel shipment proof of deliveries (PODs) to ensure timely resolution of guest escalations.
- Coordinate address reroutes as requested by guests and track submissions through internal databases.
- Assist guest services in resolving escalated parcel transportation issues.
- Manage shipment exceptions and prioritize deliveries to meet service expectations.
- Communicate effectively with carriers to ensure successful delivery and manage daily exceptions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall operational efficiency.
Skills
- Minimum of one year of experience in a logistics, distribution, or supply chain environment.
- Familiarity with SAP and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate situations for informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing vendor and carrier relationships.
- Background in process improvement and best practices.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
