JOB DESCRIPTION
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Planning & Execution
• Manage complete project lifecycle from pre-deployment through closure
• Coordinate with site stakeholders, suppliers, and 3PL execution teams
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards
• Maintain and track project progress using Asana
• Oversee daily installation of all project actions

Stakeholder Management
• Lead weekly connects with the Global Ergonomics team
• Host kick-off calls and check-ins with site and project stakeholders
• Manage communication across multiple channels (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack, Chime, email)
• Coordinate with site operations teams for workspace preparation and scheduling

Safety & Compliance
• Maintain compliance of all site and OSHA standards, including but not limited to PPE and safety procedures
• Oversee Avetta documentation and compliance

Quality Control
• Oversee Golden Station and or protype installation and approval process
• Ensure proper decommissioning of old equipment
• Manage equipment inventory and installation quality
• Coordinate IT and peripheral equipment management

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• 5+ years in a fast-paced, automated, industrial, logistics, production or manufacturing environment
• 3+ years in project management, preferably in logistics or warehouse environments
• 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
• 3+ years of driving process improvements in a supervisory role managing people
OSHA 10 certification
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Expert user of Asana, and Microsoft tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to travel to various warehouse environments
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 10 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
• Ability to wear required PPE (composite/steel toe footwear, protective eyewear, gloves, hard hat)


Note: This position requires a blend of onsite and remote work, with mandatory onsite presence during critical project phases (project initiation and conclusion).
Travel to multiple sites during this assignment is required, and the chosen candidate is required to office from a North American client location when travel is not required.
