JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive digital product initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Agile teams to plan and deliver key products and services.
  • Prioritize the product roadmap and manage the backlog of work deliverables in Azure DevOps.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable epics, features, and user stories.
  • Engage with stakeholders to align product strategy with business goals and customer needs.
  • Analyze customer feedback to enhance product offerings and user experience.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to maximize the impact of product initiatives.
  • Ensure product compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Skills

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role within Agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of SAFe methodologies and product management best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop strategic solutions.
  • Proficient in using tools such as Azure DevOps, MS Office, and ServiceNow.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the fintech or financial services sector.
  • Familiarity with design thinking and customer feedback methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver commitments under tight deadlines.
  • Background in managing transformation programs and large-scale initiatives.
