JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements:

  • Native-level fluency in both English and Spanish, with proven ability to write and adapt content across languages for clarity, empathy, and cultural resonance.
  • Expertise in crafting empathetic, human-centered language that builds trust and accessibility for diverse audiences.
  • Strong experience designing consumer-facing digital content
  • Background in financial services, instructional design, adult learning / coaching content development a plus
  • Skilled at simplifying complex information into clear, engaging, actionable experiences (e.g., step-by-step guides, onboarding flows, help content)
  • Collaborative partner who can work closely with product designers, researchers, and product teams to deliver consistent voice and high-impact content

This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
