JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sr. System Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative infrastructure systems while collaborating with talented professionals in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, construct, test, implement, and optimize infrastructure systems to enhance functionality and reliability.
  • Investigate and resolve level 1 problems related to network infrastructure hardware.
  • Utilize standard tools to analyze, identify, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Serve as an escalation point for incident management and provide advanced design and architectural support.
  • Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.
  • Perform high-level analysis of network system integrations and recommend solutions for performance improvements.

Skills

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in systems engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and scripting/automation tools such as PowerShell, Ansible, Unix Shell Scripts, and Python.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools.
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure design and optimization techniques.
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers in technical projects.
