Responsibilities

• Analyze customer behavior to guide business strategy and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Design and maintain metrics and reports to monitor program health and performance.
• Conduct statistical testing of experiments to evaluate program features and marketing content.
• Collaborate with business leaders to address critical customer behavior inquiries and deep dive into data trends.
• Utilize data mining and analytical techniques to identify trends and inform strategic planning.

Skills

• Proven experience working with large-scale datasets and a strong analytical mindset.
• Proficiency in SQL and ability to translate business requirements into analytical plans.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with both technical and business teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAS and a background in statistics, programming, or marketing.
• Graduate degree in math/statistics, computer science, or a related field is highly desirable.
