• Lead and direct team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Utilize creativity and judgment to solve complex problems and innovate solutions.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project or program management.
• Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously with a strategic approach.
• Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting and team interactions.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with a variety of industry concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage unforeseen challenges.
