JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer III to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a significant project while collaborating with a talented group of professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and engineer the organization's systems infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Implement and design hardware and software solutions to meet project requirements.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain efficiency.
  • Execute, test, track, and deliver new server builds across various technical layers.
  • Coordinate with technical experts to complete tasks effectively and efficiently.
  • Oversee multiple server builds, ensuring quality and timely delivery of projects.

Skills

  • Strong experience in building servers from end to end, with a comprehensive understanding of the technical stack.
  • Ability to problem-solve and switch tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to produce clear status reports and updates for various audiences.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with IBM AIM, Linux, WebSphere, and Oracle technologies.
  • Leadership skills to guide and direct a team of engineers effectively.
  • Ability to influence outcomes and achieve desired results through collaboration.
