JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team focused on driving user engagement and growth through innovative design solutions. As a Senior Product Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting user-centered experiences that inspire and captivate.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across teams to create compelling, user-centered designs that drive user acquisition and engagement.
  • Lead design thinking sessions and develop interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Design and test user experiences for web and mobile platforms, focusing on conversion and user journey optimization.
  • Mentor fellow designers and contribute to the evolution of the design team.
  • Conduct user testing to refine digital experiences and ensure high-quality, on-brand UI designs.

Skills

  • Proven expertise in Figma and other design tools, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Experience in designing consumer-facing products, with a focus on driving conversion and product adoption.
  • Strong visual design skills, including typography, color, and layout principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work autonomously in an agile environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in motion design, video editing, or complex prototyping.
  • Background in design consulting, strategy, or marketing is a plus.
  • Knowledge of contemporary design and development methodologies.
