Responsibilities
- Manage project scope and timelines, ensuring successful delivery of product features.
- Coordinate sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to facilitate effective team collaboration.
- Coach team members in Agile methodologies and frameworks, enhancing their skills and productivity.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external communications with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product owners to prioritize backlogs and address new requests efficiently.
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles to maintain project momentum.
- Guide development teams toward higher levels of scrum maturity and ownership.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop a comprehensive product roadmap and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a scrum master or Technical Product Owner role.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and Agile frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster collaboration across teams.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Scrum master certification is a plus.
- Experience in technical documentation and process flow creation.
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable product features.
