We are seeking a talented Technical Product Owner to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead innovative projects in a collaborative environment, driving impactful results and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope and timelines, ensuring successful delivery of product features.
• Coordinate sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to facilitate effective team collaboration.
• Coach team members in Agile methodologies and frameworks, enhancing their skills and productivity.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external communications with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product owners to prioritize backlogs and address new requests efficiently.
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles to maintain project momentum.
• Guide development teams toward higher levels of scrum maturity and ownership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop a comprehensive product roadmap and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a scrum master or Technical Product Owner role.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and Agile frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster collaboration across teams.
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Scrum master certification is a plus.
• Experience in technical documentation and process flow creation.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable product features.
