JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Front End Software Engineer, where you will be instrumental in enhancing our digital platforms. This is a 100% remote opportunity for a 3-month contract, perfect for those who thrive in fast-paced, innovative environments.

Responsibilities

  • Refactor mobile and web applications, focusing on improving compliance with accessibility standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features.
  • Develop and maintain reusable UI components to enhance user experience.
  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure code quality and functionality.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends to ensure our applications remain cutting-edge.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Angular framework for developing robust applications.
  • Strong understanding of web standards and HTML semantics for optimal performance.
  • Advanced knowledge of WCAG 2.0 and ADA standards to ensure accessibility compliance.
  • Experience with CSS and JavaScript to create responsive and engaging user interfaces.
  • Ability to write and execute unit tests to maintain high code quality.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with design systems and experience in guiding design practices.
  • Knowledge of TypeScript and micro front-end architecture for scalable development.
  • Experience in a Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery environment to streamline workflows.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Comfort with command-line tools and scripting for efficient development processes.
