JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Program Project Manager where you'll lead and coordinate operational aspects of procurement and governance workstreams. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally and drive impactful projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage program timelines and ensure deliverables are met efficiently
  • Facilitate meetings to connect workstreams and drive project success
  • Identify and resolve challenges to keep projects on track
  • Monitor and report on project status, including cost and staffing
  • Organize project teams, assign responsibilities, and develop schedules
  • Implement budget tracking and quarterly forecasting models
  • Collaborate to define and document Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and ensure adherence to governance frameworks
  • Handle complex issues independently, escalating when necessary

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in procurement or finance
  • Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay processes and systems
  • Proficiency with ERP and procurement platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Ariba, or Coupa
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Effective stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Skills

  • PMP, Agile, or Six Sigma certification
  • Experience in finance transformation projects
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with some onsite presence
