JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team where you'll manage hardware inventory and provide break/fix services in a collaborative environment. This role offers a chance to engage directly with users and enhance your technical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and fulfill hardware deployment and recovery requests for headquarters users.
  • Perform detailed inventory management, including tracking, stocking, and reconciling items.
  • Configure and apply firmware to various hardware platforms.
  • Execute break/fix operations with precision and accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with users to build strong business relationships.

Skills

  • Proven ability to work independently and handle ambiguity with confidence.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in inventory systems and processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capability to lift and move items weighing over 25 pounds.

Preferred Skills

  • Certifications for various MacBook models and Dell Client Foundations.
  • Experience in building positive business relationships quickly.
