JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sr. IT Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into actionable user stories for development teams.
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment on project objectives.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows and functional specifications.
  • Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies, while identifying risks and escalating issues as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings such as stand-ups and sprint planning, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement by gathering feedback and identifying opportunities to optimize processes and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and shared understanding of project goals.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher with a technology focus or equivalent experience.
  • Five years of experience in business analysis within various environments, including public or government sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of tools such as Figma, Miro, and Jira.
  • Proven experience leading agile teams and managing projects effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in change management and preparing training materials for new tools or processes.
  • Ability to validate solutions through user acceptance testing and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations.
  • Familiarity with project delivery methodologies and best practices in business analysis.
