JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented and experienced Sr. Technical Architect to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead innovative projects and drive modernization efforts within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable solutions that enhance inventory management and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead the implementation of custom applications, integrations, and cloud-based services.
  • Guide the transition from legacy systems to cloud-native architectures, ensuring reliability and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet critical business needs.
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of growth and strong engineering practices.
  • Write specifications for system integrations and data migrations, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives.

Skills

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Hands-on experience with custom application development and cloud migration, preferably AWS.
  • Strong expertise in modern programming languages and frameworks, such as Java and React.
  • Proven ability to design and maintain scalable systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Supply Chain applications.
  • Prior involvement in modernization efforts, including monolithic decoupling and UX revamps.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD processes.
