Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of a diverse range of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Engage with key stakeholders to optimize project execution and resource allocation.

- Define and communicate clear goals and metrics for program success.
- Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Conduct regular briefings and status updates for executive sponsors and steering committees.
- Enhance the organization's project management methodologies and frameworks.
