JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

  • Develop efficient software using various programming languages and frameworks.
  • Enhance and migrate applications to cloud platforms while adhering to project timelines.
  • Design and implement serverless architecture patterns for optimized performance.
  • Build and manage industry-standard APIs, ensuring seamless connectivity and compliance.
  • Lead efforts in software craftsmanship, promoting best practices in test automation and continuous integration.
  • Analyze performance metrics to implement solutions for improved efficiency.
  • Engage in Agile development activities to foster continuous improvement.
  • Provide 24/7 support through on-call rotation as part of the role.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Java, SQL, and AWS technologies.
  • Strong experience with REST APIs and Spring frameworks.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting and deploying technical solutions effectively.
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and collaborate effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability in high-pressure situations.

Preferred Skills

  • Advanced degrees in Computer Science or related fields with relevant technical experience.
  • Experience in creating test reports using automation tools.
  • Knowledge of OpenShift and MQ technologies.
  • AWS Certification and DevOps experience are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with software development in the airline industry is a plus.
