We are seeking a skilled Digital Program Manager to lead and enhance our digital initiatives. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who excels in project management and is passionate about driving successful outcomes in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the overall work efforts of project teams to ensure deadlines are met and processes are followed.
• Oversee projects from initial intake through to post-production, ensuring all requirements are clearly defined and understood.
• Facilitate weekly meetings with stakeholders and project teams to discuss progress and identify any roadblocks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to promote collaboration and effective communication.
• Establish project governance and ensure adherence to established processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Refine project requests and provide clear, concise documentation to stakeholders for repeatable requests.

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to coordinate and engage effectively with diverse teams.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to effectively plan and execute projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and digital project management tools.
• Familiarity with SEO and web analytics tools to enhance project outcomes.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible working environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
