Responsibilities
- Direct and manage the overall work efforts of project teams to ensure deadlines are met and processes are followed.
- Oversee projects from initial intake through to post-production, ensuring all requirements are clearly defined and understood.
- Facilitate weekly meetings with stakeholders and project teams to discuss progress and identify any roadblocks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to promote collaboration and effective communication.
- Establish project governance and ensure adherence to established processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Refine project requests and provide clear, concise documentation to stakeholders for repeatable requests.
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to coordinate and engage effectively with diverse teams.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to effectively plan and execute projects.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and digital project management tools.
- Familiarity with SEO and web analytics tools to enhance project outcomes.
- Ability to adapt to a flexible working environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
