JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you passionate about quality assurance and eager to contribute to high-impact projects? We're seeking a dynamic Quality Assurance Engineer to join our innovative team in a hybrid role based in Cleveland, Ohio or Buffalo, NY.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute comprehensive system integration testing to ensure software quality.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to manage test data and organize system interfaces.
  • Translate design and user requirements into actionable test cases and scenarios.
  • Lead the QA team, overseeing quality throughout all project phases.
  • Identify and address user interface gaps and workflow confusions, highlighting potential risks.
  • Manage resources, estimate project needs, and report on application health.
  • Foster collaboration with project stakeholders, contributing as a thought leader.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with moderate experience in quality assurance practices.
  • Ability to prioritize test execution based on risk and impact assessments.
  • Proficient in test automation tools like Selenium/WebDriver.
  • Experience in Agile team environments.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Jira, Azure Dev Ops, and XRAY for test case management.
  • Knowledge of service virtualization and automation opportunities.
  • Familiarity with requirements tracking in Confluence.
