JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as an IT Data Analyst and leverage your expertise in data, analytics, and AI to deliver innovative solutions and insights for key clients. This remote role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with senior leadership and drive strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver quality and timely analytics use cases.
  • Develop and refine data models to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct comprehensive market and industry research to produce strategic insights and reports.
  • Build and maintain relationships with executive leadership to address critical staffing and data needs.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to strategic internal projects.

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic program management, data analysis, or applied analytics.
  • Proficiency in analytical and BI tools like Alteryx and Power BI.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Master's degree or relevant certifications.
  • Experience in a consulting context and engaging with senior stakeholders.
