Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the security of the Workday application, ensuring alignment with organizational policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document security requirements and ensure compliance.
• Lead security design efforts and provide expert consultancy to enhance system security.
• Conduct audits to maintain data integrity and support internal and external audit processes.
• Handle incident tickets and change requests, ensuring adherence to protocols and SLAs.

Skills

• Expertise in Workday HCM and Payroll security administration.
• Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, Reporting, and Integration security requirements.
• Proficiency in managing security-related incidents and executing changes.
• Ability to create and execute security-related test plans, tracking issues to resolution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with security governance and compliance frameworks.
• Skilled in risk and impact analysis for security changes and updates.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
