Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the security of the Workday application, ensuring alignment with organizational policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document security requirements and ensure compliance.
- Lead security design efforts and provide expert consultancy to enhance system security.
- Conduct audits to maintain data integrity and support internal and external audit processes.
- Handle incident tickets and change requests, ensuring adherence to protocols and SLAs.
Skills
- Expertise in Workday HCM and Payroll security administration.
- Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, Reporting, and Integration security requirements.
- Proficiency in managing security-related incidents and executing changes.
- Ability to create and execute security-related test plans, tracking issues to resolution.

- Experience with security governance and compliance frameworks.
