Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance workforce management modules, focusing on advanced scheduling.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement effective solutions.
• Support ongoing projects related to timekeeping and absence management.
• Ensure configurations align with business rules, compliance, and organizational policies.
• Document and transfer knowledge regarding configuration changes.

Skills

• Proven expertise in configuring UKG Pro Workforce Management systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate in a remote setting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with advanced scheduling, timekeeping, and absence management.
• Ability to manage multiple configuration tasks efficiently.
