Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy Power BI reports using Azure Analysis Services and Data Bricks.
- Support and maintain Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines for data processing.
- Perform defect fixes on Power BI reports and create complex Data Bricks queries.
- Provide production support for Power BI and AAS reports.
- Design and develop applications with a focus on simplicity, reliability, and performance.
- Engage actively in team meetings to provide updates and demonstrations of work.
- Write thorough tests to ensure code quality and functionality.
Skills
- Strong experience in Power BI report development and model building.
- Hands-on expertise in Azure Analysis Services, Azure Data Bricks (SQL & Python), and ADF.
- Ability to write performance-tuned complex queries in Data Bricks.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and SCRUM practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with collaboration tools and practices for working with business partners.
- Understanding of object-oriented principles and experience in Java and Spring Boot applications.
- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions.
