We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Copywriter to join our team. In this role, you will craft compelling advertising copy that promotes our products and services, ensuring that our messaging resonates with diverse audiences.

• We’re looking for a creative, detail-driven writer to lead the voice, tone, and content execution for the relaunch of our Gap loyalty program. You’ll shape how members engage with the program—ensuring every touchpoint is clear, on-brand, and actionable.
• This role blends creativity, UX, and lifecycle marketing. You’ll partner with marketers, project managers, designers, and brand teams to deliver an industry-leading loyalty experience. Success in this role means thriving in complex workflows, adapting quickly, and balancing strategic thinking with meticulous execution.

• Translate complex program details into clear, customer-friendly language across site, app, email, SMS, stores, and more.
• Maintain and evolve loyalty-specific brand voice guidelines, ensuring consistency across communications.
• Take high-level direction and execute independently, collaborating closely with the editorial manager.
• Own the full loyalty content journey—from onboarding flows and reward explanations to promotions and retention messaging.
• Partner with designers to create intuitive, visually clear messaging.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver on business objectives.
• Manage multiple projects on staggered timelines without sacrificing quality.
• Proofread and self-edit for accuracy, clarity, and legal compliance.

• 5+ years of copywriting experience, including 1–2 years in loyalty programs, promotional marketing, or UX writing.
• Strong portfolio of customer-facing content across a range of channels.
• Systems-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate multi-channel, multi-deadline workflows.
• Excellent grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Proven ability to adapt brand voice for varied use cases and audiences.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• BA or equivalent experience preferred.
