JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Capacity & Demand Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing resource planning and portfolio execution. This remote opportunity offers a chance to collaborate across teams and drive improvements in data quality and workflow efficiencies.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a communication liaison between development and planning teams to ensure accurate data reflection.
  • Participate in team standups and provide real-time updates on delivery status.
  • Identify and resolve data inconsistencies and inefficiencies in strategic portfolio management systems.
  • Analyze data using Excel and create insightful reports to maintain quality standards.
  • Support teams in becoming self-sufficient in managing their data long-term.

Skills

  • Strong ownership and integrity in managing data quality.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management or similar tools.
  • Advanced skills in Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with IT project methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Familiarity with IT resource management or PMO environments.
