Responsibilities
- Establish processes based on product specifications and evaluate design alternatives.
- Manage compliance with Quality Control requirements and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various engineering initiatives.
- Conduct validation activities and maintain knowledge of new manufacturing technologies.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies throughout project execution.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 3-5 years of experience in validation activities within the medical devices industry.
- Strong knowledge of design control and process validation principles.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on detail and results.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and as an individual contributor.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CAD software and scientific development processes.
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and quality management systems.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
