We are seeking a talented Development Process Engineer to join our team for an exciting 12-month contract opportunity. This role offers the chance to contribute to innovative projects in the medical devices sector, where your expertise will be valued and nurtured.

Responsibilities

• Establish processes based on product specifications and evaluate design alternatives.
• Manage compliance with Quality Control requirements and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various engineering initiatives.
• Conduct validation activities and maintain knowledge of new manufacturing technologies.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies throughout project execution.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in validation activities within the medical devices industry.
• Strong knowledge of design control and process validation principles.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on detail and results.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and as an individual contributor.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CAD software and scientific development processes.
• Familiarity with FDA regulations and quality management systems.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
