We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge data transport solutions, contributing to the development and support of scalable messaging technology.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, and configure large-scale messaging systems both on-premises and in the cloud.
• Monitor and maintain technology platforms, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with application teams to create integrations and support their implementation.
• Utilize automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide support for critical systems.

Skills

• 5-7 years of experience with IBM MQ and IBM ACE.
• 1-2 years of experience with infrastructure provisioning tools such as Chef, Ansible, or Terraform.
• Familiarity with AWS services like SQS/SNS and Amazon MQ.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of Informatica Power Centre and Data Quality.
• AWS Cloud experience is a plus.
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code methodologies.
