Job Description
SUMMARY:
Support and lead the product teams through PLM related improvement projects. Use the FlexPLM and Windchill tool sets to develop creative solutions to complex problems and validate requirements with stakeholders.

- Brainstorming new concepts and ideas for company process across business systems.
- Help development FlexPLM and Windchill.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assess and qualify system, functional or feature questions, issues and errors
- Coordinate, assess and manage end user enhancement requests
- Coordinate and establish the severity level for problems and issues
- Support training new and existing end users as requested
- Support introduction of minor and major releases of the PLM ecosystem: Oracle Agile, FlexPLM, (StarLIMS would be a bonus)
- Work with functional teams to maintain and manage PLM ecosystem process, configurations, and customizations.
- Work with the business to define business process workflows and provide clear specifications to technology for implementation.
- Lead the implementation of new business processes within the PLM ecosystem.
- Oversee process improvement for product teams or business processes.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Minimum 5 years working with FlexPLM or Oracle Agile. Open to candidates with Centric PLM experience
- Experience with Atlassian Confluence/JIRA preferred.
- Project Management experience is a significant plus.
- Experience working with international cultures.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
