JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Reporting and Insights Analyst where you'll collaborate with innovative minds to drive data-driven decision-making. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work flexibly with global partners, delivering impactful insights and solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand and address data needs.
  • Analyze and interpret data from various sources to provide actionable insights.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools.
  • Develop and optimize data queries and scripts using SQL and Python.
  • Utilize MongoDB for data modeling and analytics.
  • Support product feature testing and performance tracking.
  • Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation.
  • Experience with NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB.
  • Strong skills in data visualization and communication.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic work environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern data tools.
