Responsibilities
- Manage monthly production runs using automation tools and ensure data quality checks.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to develop and implement clinical rules for patient compliance.
- Design and implement algorithms for patient-provider attribution.
- Segment populations for targeted outreach initiatives based on clinical needs.
- Support the development of new data science capabilities and oversee production processes.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with governance and ethical standards.
Skills
- Proven experience in data science with a focus on production systems and model development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, including libraries such as pandas and sklearn.
- Experience with SQL and managing large databases.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and tools like Databricks and Azure ML.
- Ability to work independently and effectively communicate with diverse teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with PySpark and large-scale data processing.
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques and ML Ops best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
