We are seeking a detail-oriented Jr. Market Research Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills to support strategic initiatives and contribute to impactful marketing research projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing leadership to assist in the development and execution of marketing research projects.
• Utilize quantitative and qualitative methods to gather and analyze market data, providing actionable insights.
• Design and implement surveys and questionnaires to capture relevant information.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure successful completion of assignments.
• Provide training in marketing research methodologies and software to new team members.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of post-undergraduate business experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or SPSS.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in market research or a related analytical role.
• Familiarity with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry metrics and key performance indicators.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
