JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Portfolio Manager where you'll play a pivotal role in strategic planning and decision-making. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and drive alignment across initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual planning process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with business sponsors to facilitate critical discussions and challenge assumptions.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support informed decision-making.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration within core teams.
  • Analyze budget and resource trends, supporting ad hoc queries.
  • Coordinate with product and project managers to ensure delivery against objectives.
  • Assist in resource and capacity planning activities.
  • Identify unplanned demand and support leadership decision-making processes.

Skills

  • Proven experience in technical or business environments, ideally 6-7 years.
  • Strong background in project portfolio management with 2-3 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and bring clarity to ambiguous situations.

Preferred Skills

  • Confidence and executive presence to support decision-making processes.
  • Experience in strategic partnerships and stakeholder management.
  • Proactive approach to driving alignment and process maturity.
