JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic Operations Program Manager to lead and oversee field testing activities for cutting-edge hardware and software systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless communication between engineering teams, test sites, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive field testing strategies across various product lines.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in executing complex in-field testing operations.
  • Manage and cultivate relationships with testing facilities and partner organizations.
  • Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies for field testing activities.
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of test data.
  • Coordinate logistics for deploying and testing devices in the field.
  • Drive continuous improvement in planning, execution, and processes.

Skills

  • Over 5 years of experience in program management within technical environments.
  • Proven experience in managing field testing programs.
  • Exceptional skills in stakeholder communication and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Experience with data management and security protocols.

Preferred Skills

  • Background in operations management.
  • Solid technical foundation in engineering or a related field.
  • Experience with automated testing tools and platforms.
  • Degree in a technical field.
