JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Resource Capacity Planning & Intake Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in aligning project demands with available resources. This hybrid position offers an opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally and drive strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the intake and documentation of projects, ensuring clarity and completeness.
  • Engage with stakeholders to drive process improvements and optimization.
  • Collaborate with resource managers and stakeholders to align resource capacity with project demand.
  • Conduct capacity modeling and provide recommendations for resource adjustments.
  • Analyze and report on key trends in resources and capacity to support leadership decisions.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the Strategic Prioritization and Planning team.

Skills

  • Proven experience in resource capacity planning and project management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct capacity modeling.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in strategic prioritization and planning teams.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.
  • Proactive approach to aligning demand with available resources.
