This hybrid position offers an opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally and drive strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Manage the intake and documentation of projects, ensuring clarity and completeness.
- Engage with stakeholders to drive process improvements and optimization.
- Collaborate with resource managers and stakeholders to align resource capacity with project demand.
- Conduct capacity modeling and provide recommendations for resource adjustments.
- Analyze and report on key trends in resources and capacity to support leadership decisions.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the Strategic Prioritization and Planning team.
Skills
- Proven experience in resource capacity planning and project management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct capacity modeling.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in strategic prioritization and planning teams.
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.
- Proactive approach to aligning demand with available resources.
